William Bender, President
Bill has 30-plus years of experience in electronic media, having served as marketing and
production director for 1100 AM WWWE (now WTAM), WJW in Cleveland and similar positions on the east coast. After coming out of radio production, Bill served as an account executive for Gregory Marketing in Cleveland prior to forming Bearinmind Advertising and White House Marketing. Bill holds degrees in Speech, Communications, and Marketing Psychology.

Steven F. Cooper, Vice President, Client Services
Steve has served more than 25 years in marketing and media, including 20-plus years as
marketing officer at Lorain National Bank.  Concurrently he’s served 14 years as adjunct
faculty member at Lorain County Community College as a marketing instructor.  Prior
positions include public information officer at Ohio Northern University and copy editor at
the Medina County Gazette newspaper.

Jack V. Northrup, Marketing Consultant
Jack has 45 years of sales and marketing experience - 10 years as regional manager for
SABENA Belgian World Airlines and 35 years as president of Northrup Motivation, which
offered sales incentives and meeting planning services.  Clients included Kelly Services, Revco Drug Stores, Lumberman's Mutual Insurance Co., CarQuest Auto Parts and several divisions of Dana Corporation and Cole National Corporation.
